What is a CSA?
CSA stands for community supported agriculture. This means that members of the community are “shareholders” of Clear Creek Farm. When you become a shareholder, you have the privilege to be the recipient of products from grass fed and pastured animals every month. Members will receive packages that contain roasts, ground, chops, eggs, and whole chickens. You may also order speciality cuts of meat when they are available at an additional cost.

Our farm is always open to you to view how the animals are raised and to see what the animals are consuming. We only ask that you let us know in advance so we can be available and we can maintain some sense of privacy for our family. We take pride in giving our animals the best conditions for them to enjoy their natural surroundings while producing a healthy, local product for the community.
CSA: Levels and Pricing
Each level will have the monthly subscription fee charged at the first of every month for that month’s deliveries. The amount of meat is allowed to have a 1/2 lb difference either way. For example, the 15 lbs of product for the basic share could be 14.5 lb to 15.5 lbs for the month.
Basic Share: 15lbs/month
The basic share will include 15lbs of meat and 1 dozen eggs (when in season). Meat will be from at least two species but will try to include all three species (beef, pork, and chicken) when possible. The different cuts of meat will include braising cuts and ground with limited grilling cuts.
Example: A monthly share may include 1 young broiler chicken (3 pounds), 1 doz eggs, 2 lbs ground beef, 1 lb ground pork, 2 lbs pork chops, 1 lb sirloin steak, one 3.5-lb roast and 2.5 lbs stew beef.
The FIRST FIVE CSA Member’s to sign up:
The pricing is a one-time membership fee of $100, which can be refunded if you decide to leave the CSA with a 90 day written notice. The fee per month thereafter is $100, which will be drafted from a credit/debit card at the 1st of every month. The agreement will be for 12 months.
*After the first 5 members sign up, it will be $120 per month membership fee.
Poultry Share: 12-14lbs/month (June-November only)
The poultry share includes 12-14 lbs of poultry that is a mixture of three to four whole chickens, broiler and stewing. This share also comes with a dozen eggs each month when in season.
There is a one-time membership fee of $70 that will be refunded is you decide to cancel your CSA poultry share with a 90-day written notice. Thereafter, the shares are $70/month which will be drafted from a credit/debit card at the 1st of every month.
